At Flawless, we believe in offering our customers exceptional quality cosmetic products that perform to professional standards. It is important to us that all of our items are designed and handcrafted with respect for the natural environment. That is why we promise to never use anything animal related in any of our products.

All of our products are zero waste, cruelty-free, plastic-free, vegan and have been approved by PETA.

We are an independent, woman owned, cruelty free and vegan skincare company based in North Wales. Our zero waste range was launched in 2019 as we witnessed the effects of plastic pollution across the world. We knew that we could play a small part in reducing this impact with our unique values.

It's such a critical time for our planet, with climate change and the loss of so many habitats for wildlife. That's why we believe it is our duty to be part of the solution. Our plastic free and zero waste ethos helps us do just that.

What makes us unique?

Approved by PETA, we are a cruelty free and vegan company with a strong eco-conscious ethos.

Every product is handmade by in our studio, in small batches. This ensures ultimate freshness of our products for our customers.

All of our skincare products are infused with therapeutic essential oils and are created using healing carrier oils, butters and actives that work with your skin.

Great care is taken to price our products fairly so that they affordable to everyone.

Every ingredient used is thoroughly researched to ensure they are sourced responsibly, ethically and with minimum environmental impact.

All of our products are free from parabens, palm oil and its derivatives

We do not use unnecessary excess packaging or wasteful plastic inserts. We use recycled, recyclable and reusable packaging.

We package our products using recycled glass and aluminium.

Our postal packaging is plastic free (we even use paper tape and biodegradable packing peanuts).

We also provide a number of our products in bulk dispensing containers so that customers can fill up their own jars and bottles. These are perfect for bricks and mortar shops. The empty containers can be returned to us. We then sanitise and reuse them, thus providing a complete closed loop system, so no waste. Yay!

Founder's Story - Why I Built Flawless With My Own Two Hands

I didn’t set out to build a beauty brand. I set out to fix a problem that wouldn’t leave me alone.

For years, I watched the beauty industry talk about sustainability as if it were a trend — something glossy, expensive, and out of reach for most people. Products were wrapped in plastic, filled with unnecessary ingredients, and priced in a way that made “eco‑friendly” feel like a privilege. It didn’t sit right with me. I believed sustainability should be accessible, not exclusive.

So I made a decision that changed my life: If the industry wasn’t going to do better, I would.

I’m Charmaine, and I’m the founder — and the only person behind — Flawless. When I say it’s a one‑woman business, I mean it in the truest sense. I’m the formulator, the maker, the designer, the packer, the problem‑solver, the everything. Every product you hold has passed through my hands, every idea has come from my mind, and every detail reflects my values.

Where It Really Began

Flawless didn’t start in a lab. It started with frustration, curiosity, and a deep sense of responsibility. I taught myself cosmetic chemistry because I wanted to understand the science behind what we put on our skin — and how to do it better. I wanted to create products that were effective, ethical, and genuinely sustainable.

Not “greenwashed.” Not performative. Not marketing.

Real sustainability.

The Mission That Drives Me

From day one, I promised myself that Flawless would stand for something bigger than beauty. It would stand for:

Inclusivity — because everyone deserves access to products that are good for them and the planet.

Affordability — because sustainability shouldn’t be a luxury.

Transparency — because people deserve to know who makes their products and how.

Science‑led results — because ethical doesn’t mean ineffective.

Every product I create is vegan, cruelty free, plastic free, zero waste, and eco‑friendly. Not because it’s trendy, but because it’s the only way I believe beauty should exist.

The Reality Behind the Scenes

People often imagine brands being built by teams, investors, and glossy offices. Flawless is built by late nights, early mornings, and a woman who refuses to compromise. I mix formulas, test textures, design labels, pour batches, and pack orders myself. I’ve cried over failed experiments, celebrated tiny victories, and pushed through moments where giving up would have been easier.

But every time someone chooses Flawless, it reminds me why I started. It reminds me that one person can make a difference — even in an industry dominated by giants.

What Flawless Means to Me

Flawless isn’t just my business. It’s my story. It’s proof that you don’t need a big team to create big change. It’s proof that sustainability can be beautiful, effective, and accessible. It’s proof that passion, science, and purpose can coexist.

I built Flawless because I believed the world needed it. I continue building it because people tell me it’s changed the way they think about beauty.

And that — more than anything — is what keeps me going.

When you choose Flawless, you’re supporting a woman‑led independent brand built on transparency, integrity, and a deep love for the planet.

Thank you for being here. You’re part of the story now.
